About
Marina Pliatsikas is a photographer, writer, and videographer based in Sydney, Australia.
With a background in journalism and almost two decades of experience behind the camera, She’s contributed to publications such as Lodestars Anthology, walkers journal, Local Paddo Magazine, The Irish Times, as well as a range of book projects including broadsheet’s ‘travels’, angela Schaffer’s ‘Pearls’, and Lodestars anthology’s sydney guide.
Her work extends to commercial storytelling, working with brands to create story-led content that feels honest and engaging. Much of her work is shaped by a love of nature, and a fascination with the people, communities, and brands that encourage others to get outside and explore.
She also has 15 years of experience in digital marketing, branding and content strategy.
She has a bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney.
